That Bonnie is a beaut, I plan mine to be a bit more like that as regards the mudguards & seat when rebuilt this time.

Do you know, that back mudguard was the one bit that I spent ages getting the angle and fit right. As it came (stainless copy) it sat too low and looked shit, so I cut bits away here and there, modified fittings and generally spent sodding ages on. Contrast, the rearsets took about an hour to make and fit, the paintwork the same the only other thing that took forever was to strip and rebuild the engine with 'Morgo' 750 barrels and pistons, oil pump etc but it was the damn pushrod tubes that really hacked me off as I tried about 15 different ways from Sunday to stop them leaking.
Finally got the whole bike oil-tight. It lasted about a year before it started 'marking its territory' again but it never bothered me, just part of its ample charm :)

Mine's got a fibreglass seat & no separate mudguard. It needs a decent comfy seat so that means it needs a mudguard.
