I signed up to bid on one or more of the 6 Series for dismantling, but the 20% fees and £250 up front? They can fuck off. I'd only want to pay 500 quid apiece and the white one is a fucking 628 anyway so its worth about the same as my shoes. If they can't get the model correct with a reg/VIN then it doesn't inspire confidence.

I am going there on Saturday morning to buy some scrap. I'll buy a couple of BMW's for the right money.

Anyone else?

Most of these will never see the road again but a few are viable projects. I fear the hammer price for most will be way more than what I see they're worth. The Snipe estate for instance is a £200 parts car, that's for the few usable parts remaining. However, the Series III saloon would be handy if the price is right, and I like the Ford Anglia. All would have been knackered when the present owner bought them.

More interesting to me is the property they came from. That's quite some sizeable land, no doubt a big old farm near Preston or the Fylde, will now be 'developed' into new battery farms.

I quite like the look of the silver spirit but its a long way to travel to find it is a heap of shit and gets bid to silly money

Pretty sure that the A55 will be track bound- If anyone sees it being broken for spares (probably on facebook which I don't do) let me know...

The GGG should be in attendance.
