I got my credit card hacked as the hackers got into the BA Airmiles site, booked flights to Montreal and then used my credit card to pay the taxes after using my airmiles for the flights. I'm sure that I hadn't saved the card details on the BA site but maybe I made an error.
The credit card company was excellent. BA was typically useless in that I had to speak to 3 or 4 different people and then implying that I'd forgotten I'd booked flights to go in 2 days time.

BA are another shower of shit when it comes to getting a refund. Won't fly with them again, either.

You can do telephone banking to transfer cash, or, as I prefer for amounts over a few thousand, cheque.
