Range Rover classic self levelling strut is a monster. will not attempt to self level until the car starts to drive.

This was 2015 when I was working in London most weeks. The early V8 4 door parked behind me is of interest as its undoubtedly the longest serving vehicle dragging film cars all over the country. Often heavy old 30's Rollers.

Yes, not mine I hasten to add. This little bastard (J type) is worth over 30 grand. Nice to drive but has the bonkers OHC set up where the dynamo sits vertically and drives the camshaft. I always drove my own motors to a job- a trailer in central London is a pain in the arse especially this tilt bed type with the wheels sticking out. We once got stuck in a width restriction and after lots of fucking about managed to get it through by running the nearside wheels up on top of the Armco squeeze barrier. The other traffic was delighted having to wait.
