CCTV potatocam footage elsewhere shows a passer-by picking the heid up thinking it was a joke Halloween heid and suddenly dropping it when they realised it was real

I can't see how this could happen. Crushed yes but severed?

Can we try and reproduce it using some of the Beige's 'Intelligensia', their heads should be big and solid enough?

I'd assume fell into the well wheel maybe as the wheels were turned & then the bus moved. The arch would slice through the neck quite easily I'd have thought.

I totally agree on the need for testing to prove the hypothesis though.
