I'd paint it a colour that's actually nice to celebrate it no longer being made of wob.

I don't actually mind the baby blue colour. This is what it should look like correctly on an early model - without it in various shades of pickled blue/primrose undercoat paint mixed with patches of grey primer.

Iirc wheels should be grey, not these white. Certainly not the body colour that mine are in.

This actually looks not too bad either. Presumably a grey as looks darker than Iris Blue? Probably would get away with not painting the engine bay with this colour too.

Red would be my favourite though. Just full body respray for that.

That doesn't look too bad, your car looks "bluer", if that makes any sense.

Iris blue looks quite similar to my Pontiac. Nice color, works well on big and small cars, particularly ones with a lot of curves, the shadows and highlights show up well.

That one looks like Speedwell blue, a Frogeye colour.

Done a bit of digging and found the original adverts on both. No way would I spend what they are asking for on a Midget. I'll leave the Boomers and olders to blow their retirement savings on such things.

Mental prices, that's about four times what a Midget is worth.

Playing Devils Advocate if you can't or won't do the work to restore one yourself then buying something like these is probably cheaper than buying one and restoring it, assuming you can find someone to do it in a reasonable time frame.
Once the boys came along between them and working in London I had no time at all to work on my cars.
