TOOL PORN UPDATE
I've finally got round to it and it's here. None of your Chinesium here thanks, even if they are a great bunch of lads.
Would have preferred a second hand Sambre et Meuse, didn't want a new 'Record' and wasn't going bankrupt for a Swindens.
Thought about a Heuer, Gressel, FZM, York and decided in the end this would be perfect.
Prace bet now as to how long it'll take me to get bolted down...

Aldi has some great drill sets for that steel bench.

I know I've got a 11mm HSS and I've got a 12mm SDS masonry bit, but will probably get a cobalt one for an ayrton.
Also need to get some countersunk screws as I haven't actually bolted this top down yet.

I've got tons of screws and bolts. I'll put them on the van.

Re: Eddie Honda's wheels of steel (and occasionally alloy)
I was just going to use 4 big bastard M10 or M12s in the corners. I would weld it on, but I'd probably have to grind it free when I have to move it as it'll only get out the door if it's separated.

Have you bent the bar already?
