I was thinking it's easier to get just the lump out, as it's lighter.
TBH though for a HGF why lift it out at all?

So I can clean the block and check shells,clean sump and fit new sump gasket along with front engine mounts.

Not sure 100% off the top of my head, I'd say they're all the same.

It didnt end in tears with gearbox. Owned the thing for over 2 years now.
