Could a stone not accidentally flick up and break the screen meaning a new one on your insurance for £50 excess or something?

Could try injecting butyl-rubber screenseal under the rubber when it's thoroughly dry underneath, but if that fails to stem the leak it's a windscreen out job.

Just realised it's a bonded windscreen... you're knackered then.

Well that negates the entire post I just laboriously typed out. Gonna put it up anyway, it is worth knowing.....

I had a persistent and seeming un-fixable leak from my T25 screen. Three times I had that bastard in and out, even took it 70 miles to a "definitely fix it for you" screen expert and replaced the rubber each time with increasingly expensive "this is the one you want" recommendations.

The screen aperture was perfect - no rust, bubbling, uneven paint, residue - nothing.

Eventually out of desperation I applied some Captain Tolley's. Don't do it when you're angry - it needs careful, targeted and considered application....

But - It worked. Been there two years now, bottom left hand corner.

I have also drilled holes in the floor, countersunk and primed and painted which was the first line of flood defence and is still useful in case something else fucking lets go.
There's a great long bar in Rock & Roll heaven.......

It’s all gone quiet here. Some right mares with the Ovlov and K Jetronic of Doom. What a hateful system that is 😬
