The forum is surprisingly devoid of any aftermarket tat (Ghosty's Honda excepted). So I will start us off.
6" x 3" Polymer Clay Open All Hours Nurse Gladys Morris Minor Model.
These are hand made and therefore will have minor imperfections and variations.
