Also just because it is rated to tow 3 ton doesn't mean it will be comfortable. I used to tow Rolls Royce on my old trailer which was a proper Brian James 16ft bed using a Discovery. The disco was rated for 3.5 ton but it really was not a nice experience dragging that much weight (RR was 2250kg 700kg trailer so under the 3.5t limit)
The 2.9 ton weight stated by the company includes 40 gallons in the water tank, 40 gallons in the black tank, and 40 gallons in the gray tank. The maximum weight of water is around 4kg a gallon, so there's 500kg's immediately.
This is towed using a fifth wheel, which is much more stable than what we consider a normal trailer.

US Gallons or UK Gallons?

1l water is 1KG (at 4C)
4.55l in 1 UK Gallon, so 4.55KG per Gallon
3.79l in 1 US Gallon, so 3.79KG per Gallon

Bought it. Looks likes I'm camping next weekend. Anyone need someone to look at a car, and tut while drinking lucozade, and may even help, shout up.
