I think usually anything from Speke had rusted away by the time it reached the customer so the paint quality couldn't be identified.

Re: EBay Finds
XT350 another one I should have kept, I picked up one with under 2000 miles on it, I think I sold it for about a grand when I had it MOT'd

Re: EBay Finds
They are very easy to ride, as stock they only made about 17bhp, taking the restrictors out of the inlet manifold gives you another 6 or 8bhp.
In all honesty my DT125LC was more fun to ride and lighter as well as turning out about the same amount of power.
I didn't bother to much with the one I had as I rode it once then jumped on a mates Husaberg 4 stroke which was a real laugh to ride

I like the grunt of a 4 stroke when bimbling off road. Too old for power bands.DodgeRover wrote: ↑Sun Nov 21, 2021 10:45 pmThey are very easy to ride, as stock they only made about 17bhp, taking the restrictors out of the inlet manifold gives you another 6 or 8bhp.

- I scored very low on the autie test. I’m cheerful, happy, confident, like meeting new people, chatty and largely sociable. What the fuck am I doing on this forum?

Re: EBay Finds
Husabergs are fabulous things. Lug like a tractor whatever the gear then rev like mad bastards when giving it the beans.
(I was mostly lugging like a tractor as I run out of bravery long before the rev like a mad bastard bit).
