Re: Two wheels good.
I really am in two minds over that as good as free Yamaha Diversion. It runs and rides but lacks an MOT. Let's look at the cons.
1. It's a Divvy.
2. I'm self employed and even a slight tumble would put me out of work for weeks.
3. Bike theft is fucking rife in Merseyside. If, no WHEN it got stolen I'd have to declare that to my taxi and motor trade insurance companies.
Pros.
1. I have a mate with a garage that I could store it in.
2. I miss riding more than you could possibly imagine.
3. I'm over 50 with decades of riding history so insurance will cost buttons.
Thoughts?

Reporting to plod isn't claiming on the insurance!Warren t claim wrote: ↑Thu Apr 25, 2024 12:35 amNot that easy when it's being chased by plod!Eddie Honda wrote: ↑Thu Apr 25, 2024 12:32 amIf you don't claim, it never happened.Warren t claim wrote: ↑Thu Apr 25, 2024 12:21 am 3. Still worth reporting though. Crime figures are all they use to decide which crimes they'll pretend to investigate.Eddie Honda wrote: ↑Thu Apr 25, 2024 11:24 amIt's also moot this point because DIVVY.

Stealing a Divvy isn't a crime, it's a favour.Hooli wrote: ↑Thu Apr 25, 2024 11:43 amStill worth reporting though. Crime figures are all they use to decide which crimes they'll pretend to investigate.
