Re: Two wheels good.
Not much chance of that unless you had had it on charge in the last day.
Have only ever seen one do that and it had been off charge for about 12 hours when a stray spark caused it to go bang up the garage wall!

Re: Two wheels good.
Maybe your luck has finally changed as it didn't go bang then!
Here's hoping it has!

Re: Two wheels good.
To be fair had the trike knocking on for two years. Its had a clutch in it and a rewire. Rewire has been a long time coming even when previous owner had it. Apart from that I've had nothing major. Had electronic ignition module fail once too but its minor things on a 37 year old trike with a 32 year old ongine

Re: Two wheels good.
300ish miles done this weekend as it's been rather nice out, I managed to fit an oil change & work to cure a misfire in too. I did a new personal best with fuel too, I got 22.6ltrs in a 22ltr tank...
It was getting a bit cool this evening on the way home though, this pic was about an hour n half before I got home.

- I scored very low on the autie test. I’m cheerful, happy, confident, like meeting new people, chatty and largely sociable. What the fuck am I doing on this forum?

Re: Two wheels good.
Nice one. I’ve not been out on mine (the FJR, the Harley is tucked away till spring) for a week now, don’t think I’ll go back to work for another week. Longest break from riding since last Christmas. Think I deserve the breakHooli wrote:300ish miles done this weekend as it's been rather nice out, I managed to fit an oil change & work to cure a misfire in too. Re: Two wheels good.
A mate is talking about going out tomorrow too.
I should resist & get the throttles balanced as it's juddering like hell around 2k rpm at light throttle - you know like doing 30 in 4th. Oh & fit the new indicators, as after 12 years of people saying they are hard to see I thought I'd replace the cheap chinese shit with new cheap chinese led shit (original indicators don't fit with the givi luggage).

Re: Two wheels good.
I should get out more etc..
I bought this earlier in the year on a whim.
On the proviso that I sold this
Which didn’t happen.
Anyway I have a nova cert for it but a sticky throttle so it won’t go through the MOT and I figured it’s easier to register it when I have an MOT in hand.

Just when I thought I was out they dragged me back in.
