Re: Two wheels good.
Join the two flasher unit wires and see if you get anything lighting up when switch is L or R?

Re: Two wheels good.
Do you have power running to the switch? By bypassing the flasher unit it removes that as a cause of the problems.

No. The orange and two grey wires in the photo are the ones going to the switch. There was no power there.

I think i binned it ffs.
The new one is made of the finest chinesium. Even when first fitted you had to press really hard to get the left hand indicator to work.
I blame you.
You gave me the link.

The fuel tap is buried behind a lot of bodywork, no way to get to it on the move.Warren t claim wrote: ↑Sun Aug 14, 2022 11:59 pmI don't think I've ever had a bike where the fuel gauge was anywhere near accurate.Yellowperil wrote: ↑Sun Aug 14, 2022 9:10 am
The mechanism for the fuel switch is missing and the fuel gauge has stopped working, I haven't got a clue what mileage to fill up at.
Putting it on reserve will involve stripping bodywork to get to the tap, probably on a duel carriageway as that is what 99% of my commute consists.
Overall, I am loving it.
You're not a real bier until you've put a bike on reserve whilst it's moving only to pull your hand back only to find that you no longer have a glove on, it's flapping while jammed in the fuel tap mechanism.

Yes, with hindsight we'd all be millionaires.
Anyway have you seen the size of my yard?
