Lasses with legs like that like Hardly Dangerous mobile toilets for some odd reason.

Hmmm, the ones I usually see on or around HDs are middle-aged, overweight and made up like emo cats.

- I scored very low on the autie test. I’m cheerful, happy, confident, like meeting new people, chatty and largely sociable. What the fuck am I doing on this forum?

I think he also has something to do with rock'n'roll, whatever that is.

Re: Two wheels good.
My front wheel bearings where still smooth & easy to turn but I changed them as one of the rears had started to fail so I figured they won't be far behind. Seems I was right.
There was a little* bit of sludge in the front calipers too. You wouldn't think I rebuild these last year would you?
I also rewired the fuel pump & sender unit. The earth had snapped off the sender & as I'd replaced the multiplug years ago I did it again neater. When I did it, I was working outside & needed it for work the next day. This time it got heat shrink instead of insulation tape.
Oh & I replaced the low pressure fuel hose under the tank as it'd started to fail in Scotland recently.
Tomorrow it'll get a short* test ride followed by an oil n filter change. Then it's ready to head for europe on friday.

Re: Two wheels good.
To update this, I did a small* test run today to check it rode properly after all ther work. Feck me it's going quick again now, those bearings might have felt ok but they must have been dragging a bit. Add to that brakes that work & it's feeling like new again. Nearly 190miles without refueling too, it's got the first bar flashing & as I did a lot of back roads it's the best it's been on fuel for years. Handles a lot better again too which is nice.Hooli wrote: ↑Sat Aug 17, 2019 7:32 pm My front wheel bearings where still smooth & easy to turn but I changed them as one of the rears had started to fail so I figured they won't be far behind.
