Two wheels good.

Talk about your cars etc here. Keep it sort of sensible and on topic please.

I scored very low on the autie test. I’m cheerful, happy, confident, like meeting new people, chatty and largely sociable. What the fuck am I doing on this forum?

I'm not convinced I'll keep my Sprint long term, it's just too sporty for me. I keep looking at Victorys, especially the judge.

I can't afford to change, but anyone got opinions on them? My main concern is spares now they no longer make bikes.

I keep going back to this advert in particular, it wouldn't need many bits taking off to be right.

I’ve just read that Polaris will be supporting spares for Victory bikes for ten years, presumably from when they stopped manufacturing. I guess there will be pattern parts available too, maybe from the states.
It’ll be a different ride to the Suzuki and the Triumph but you probably don’t need me to tell you that. Go get a test ride if you can. See if you like it.
My mate had an early one, he liked it enough to name it Horatio. (Victory, Nelson’s flagship and all that.)

When North Weald was able to run ¼ mile run what you brungs (no longer thanks to NIMBY's), a bloke used to run his Victory. Not much could keep with him over the first 60 yards. It went like shit off of a shovel. Sounded good too.

The boys scooter is acting up again. He was complaining the other day it would only do 28. Today he's come in saying it'll only do 22mph. Could the new e10 petrol be fucking it up?
Would premium petrol improve it?

Worth a try, it fucks up my Hornet pretty well. No power, lower idle (by about 300rpm) & rough as fuck at lower revs.

Well I won't be going for a Victory Judge, checked some specs & it's only got a 140 - 160 rear tyre. That's way too skinny to look right on that sort of bike.

I'm surprised to see they've all got 16" wheels, I know Avon do that size for the rear of HDs but I didn't think they were that common.

It has got two stroke oil left in the tank hasn't it? Did they reconnect the autolube system when they fitted the new carb or tell you to run it on premix?
