There are no identifying marks or stickers on the battery at all. It only say tayna.

I've always found Tayna very good.
Am I being an idiot? You can enter your reg no and it'll say what battery you need so you don't need any type number or whatever.

They come up with completely the wrong battery size for our A4.
If it's barely branded then sounds like a cheap battery. Any receipts in the history for it? Might still be under warranty.

Most of the snow had melted by the time I got the Skoda out, it thanked me by overheating just as I got to the unit. It was making a horrible scraping noise driving along the unit road but turned out it was the noise of boiling coolant coming from the expansion tank. Topped it up, bled it and carried on trying to skid in what little snow we had left.

Ctek charger was 7 out of 8 lights this morning. I think the 8th one is a maintenance thing anyway.
