I fixed the wiring on my throttle bodies, I cut the half snapped bit, soldered up, covered it with heat shrink tube & replaced the loom tape.
Then I got the broken idle adjuster off, it looks like it'd araldite ok once properly degreased. That's a 8mm spanner for scale.

A cable place would do that no bother. It's like a speedo cable inner and their crimper will keep it on miles better than any Araldite.
