I've done nigh on 3k in that car in 2 months. Been up and down country in ice cold air conditioned comfort towing various trailers and I've had no issue fuck you very much!

Yesterday was eventful to a degree. Managed to get the engine out if my trike and managed to get the other one turning over. Cant get spark or fuel though and because the engine is an unknown I've sold it on. Nearly doubled my money on it too. Today I've a hospital run in 20 mins then I've got to strip engine and replace all gaskets to try make it more oil tight. I nipped up to our internet god last night for the valve spring compressor to do the valve seals. Later on today I've got to fetch my boy and hopefully make a start on the wobble box too.

I just bought a crappy little clio to use as a loan / don't give a shit about it car. Behold 200 quids worth of Clio. ! The rest of it looks no better but as the moron who works in the unit next to me has a habit of hitting my cars I won't feel to guilty about it.

Doesn't look too bad for 200 quid. £30 per year tax too.

If that is only worth that, it does mean that Clio II are going to disappear even quicker. (I need to get a 172/182 very soon before that boat sails away)

Don't worry it is scruffy as hell and had a engine fault showing which has cleared for now. For the money I will break it if it is too shit.

Today I got round to dealing with the fuel leak which had rendered the Austin undriveable. Even a flid like me had it done in ten minutes and the lazy ten mile test amble through the Stour valley didn't throw up any worrying developments. Using it for work tomorrow now I've checked the weather.
