Re: What did you do today?
Boring I know but I filled (to the very brim -click, click, click, shutoff full) of super unleaded! Last time I bought the fancy stuff it was nearly £1.50 a litre, yesterday... £1.09! Bugger me backwards with a yard brush!
Also got talking (at a safeish distance) to the normally, surly lady who works there, she was stood outside waiting for a delivery of essence. She was intrigued that Chester would just sit in the passenger seat, windows down, roof off and NOT try to escape. I explained that he is a fat and lazy Basset who is terrified of escaping/being abandoned as he would starve to death in minutes... if not sooner!
When I came out from paying and buying flour (for the next-door neighbour, not taken up baking in my old age!) she was hanging over the door having a serious chat with his royal Fatness. I did have to harangue her somewhat as by doing this, she had managed to spread his vast collection of slobber from his side of the car (with waterproof covers) right across the centre console and onto MY side which was now sopping wet!

Re: What did you do today?
Had the Pre-Farina out again over the weekend after sitting since March. Sadly I've noticed white smoke when pulling away, a drop in coolant and Pancake Mix in the Rocker Cover so looks like it's off with the Cylinder Head soon...
