I did an oil change on the A8 today.

Never liked Pela style changes, I only did it on the T25 because the sump plug was knowingly fucked, or rather the thread in the sump itself. Got involved with servicing a colleague's early A4 out in the carpark one Saturday dayshift and I don't remember it being as simple as that A8 so that is nice to hear in case I ever succumb to buying one....

Managed but what a messy job! I repacked it with grease using rubber gloves but had to take them off to fit the clip.
Didn't know the van had an intercooler. The oil filter is right on the bottom of the engine and a piece of piss to swap over. Why the fuck have I been using garages?
