A quick scan though & I can't see anything about the handbrake warning light.

The only issue that might arise is if said warning lamp doubles up for something else, but even a fluid level light is only a minor.

On an E36 it doubles-up as a brake fluid warning light.Eddie Honda wrote: ↑Mon Jul 11, 2022 2:00 pmThere isn't.Hooli wrote: ↑Mon Jul 11, 2022 1:47 pm A quick scan though & I can't see anything about the handbrake warning light.

I know this from when one of the rear cylinders on my 316i burst.

Handbrake warning is also the circuit imbalance warning (one of those balance valves that makes contact of one of the two brake circuits loses pressure) on my 1968 AMC

Does anyone know where the OVERDRIVE sticker in the middle of the tailgate came from? It almost looks factory and seems like a BLARG font but I've never seen one before or since, and can't think of another car from the period that A: had an overdrive and B: advertised it quite so fucking loudly.

Quite a lot os Series Landy's came fitted with overdrive. Most had a metal badge proudly saying "Overdrive By Fairey".captain_cal wrote: ↑Thu Jul 14, 2022 7:22 pm Does anyone know where the OVERDRIVE sticker in the middle of the tailgate came from? I think Fairey Engineering were a Northern England firm as their brass band won the Granada TV Look North Brass Band Of The Year contest that was plugged on TV here back in 1978.

IIRC Fairey winches (a subsidiary of the Manchester-based Fairey aviation company, and later spun off to Superwinch) were always based in Tavistock. You can see the "overdrive by Fairey" sticker on the top right, with a helpful "overdrive by Superwinch" one below..

Funnily enough, I sold this one today
If you zoom in and stand on your head, you'll see it's Fairly Winches Ltd, Tavistock, Devon
