Bloody hot today, but the car got a wash. Looks better for it but really needs a polish and wax.

Rainy day, so a bit of garage time in front of the fan before it got too hot. Previous owner had attacked the chrome with a wire wheel, which is the best method, obviously, as shown by their results.

Buffed that up as best as I could, it's down to the nickel in places but it doesn't look quite so bad now.

Broke out the little buffing wheel for the tight corners, if which it has surprisingly many.

Sun went down so it's a tiny bit cooler in the garage. Had a go at a bit more of the grille.
Unintentionally arty shot, quite like that picture.

Print big, cut into three, flog on Ebay as Wall Art. Triptych, innit....?

You get that a lot on vintage prams that Mrs Rocker buys. The break out the wire wheel, buzz one section between spokes and go "fuck." Almost every pram wheel seems to have that one inch scar.

I would, but I hadn't made an effort to get out of shot because that was solely to show the progress on the grille...!
