Bloody hell Phil, that'd be enough for anyone to deal with, but with the whole area ruined it must be impossible to get any tradesmen or materials too.

There's a lot of roofers and tree people around. Materials hard to come by yes.
Power might be back on by the end of the month.

If it's still raining that must be a real pain in the arse. Leaving the windows open with good air flow thru the building would help massively I'm sure, as long as looters aren't a problem obviously.

Having to keep it shut else all the bugs get in.
I'm going to return this weekend and start cleaning.

Fingers crossed the weather brightens up for then then so you can get it proprly weathertight and start moving forward with it.

Insurance agent is due in 2 weeks, on the 22nd.
