Yup. Straightforward method, too.
Cut out the shape you want in paper, then draw around it. Using a fine diamond tip at 25,000 RPM roughly cut the shape out then go over the fine detail with a combination of the diamond bit and a spiral mill bit. You just gotta work at the speed of the plastic without melting it.
