What does the channel onto the window look like? Mine on the transit had rotted off and it's a 2 year only part so not much chance of finding a good used one!

It does do two jobs, like a cats whiskers or tow bar, apparently a bollard may have helped* it fall off.

The channel that holds the glass in place on the roller? That looked fine. The one inside the door dangling down as a guide not so much but the window seems to work OK without it.

MOT booked in for the SRDT tomorrow so fingers crossed. I started it last week after topping the battery up and it was away after a heat and half a turn of the engine, it starts better than the Quasar in daily use even after being stuck in a shed for 7 months or so. I took it for a run up the lane pulling the handbrake up and usual stomping on the brakes, they don't feel as good as they have in the past so unsure if they'll pass tbh.

I probably ought to swap the newer* pair of Michelins for the 21 year old ones on the front, probably bought them 18 months ago.

Anyone want some old tyres to roll around a yard? Worst bits pictured.

Dunno. I don't talk Pikey. They've been just up the lane trying it on last week but there's two Doberman running loose where my car is so word seems to have got round.

Bollox, it got a fail  Handbrake dragging even tho I left it off while parked and he failed the wiper blades even tho there's a pair in the footwell, they weren't brilliant but didn't think they were a fail, bloody Bosch, changed about 3 years ago

Advisory on front pads and disks too, must be the inner pads as the outside was OK, slight lip but no biggy.

Main thing is the end has snapped of the fucking brake bias spring. There's a couple on Ebay but so far I've baulked at the 23 quid asking price, seems a bit of a stretch?
