Either that or only ever driving it on grass/loose ground.

I bet you'd only ever drive it with your thumb inside the perimeter of the steering wheel just the once!

Can confirm it has the low-ratio steering box fitted, bastard thing took several swings to get into its hiding place and my arms are still aching now.

Does that mean if it's really worn it'll do half a turn side to side to keep it in a straight line instead of just the normal quarter then?

It certainly looks like it's built to work I must say.

So close, yet so far. The man finally collected the "Holy Grail" to make its way home today, but is currently in a paperwork tangle with the bloody French somewhere near Calais. P&O situation is not helping matters.

The Europeans are certainly taking our exit from the EU badly. Why is there a problem with it leaving the EU ? That should be the simple bit, the hard part should be when it gets here and taxes are due. I know my transport guy had trouble with the French bringing the Lancia over. HMRC are a doddle after the hoops the French are making us jump through.

It nearly fell sideways off the transporter twice while we were unloading it because of the flat tyres.

This being the second transporter, the first having blown up its engine somewhere in Dorset.

What a fucking drag!
