Not stating what caused the fire but reports say it was a single car that started it? I'd place a guess on what it was.

Yeah, the firebrigade will be able to pinpoint the exact car that caused it. Surely they would have been able to put out a fossil fuel car quite easily. A Danish ferry company has devised a way of putting out electric car fires using chilled salt water. I can't wait till insurers insist EVs are banned from multistorey car parks and in separate areas well away from buildings for found level parking.
