Fully stamped service book though . The old bloke had dementia , he probably forgot about the advisories straight after the mot , but it was only doing minimal mileage ! Red key unopened in blister pack ..

Cat prices have fallen through the floor. Still should get a few hundred still on a Honda cat though. That's presuming a previous garage hasn't weighed it in and put a cheap replacement on in the past.

Like Sic picking at scabs , I'm itching to start it, and 7000rpm redline it , but the cambelt is likley to be 26 years old ...

Is it an interference engine? I can't remember.

My mum had one of these new as a 1.5 VTEC. Went very well when it hit the vtec zones.
She nearly got a 1.6VTI Jordan but then started looking at convertibles. It did take a few more years looking at an MGF, to an Elise and finally settling on buying a Boxster.

I don't think the 1.4 had VTEC?
