£1.83 a mile? I've got no idea what the going rate is at the moment?Warren t claim wrote: ↑Thu Sep 14, 2023 12:29 amNot fucking mine you couldn't!DodgeRover wrote: ↑Wed Sep 13, 2023 5:44 pmFor that much money you could just use a taxi?LynehamHerc wrote: ↑Wed Sep 13, 2023 4:07 pm A quick look shows that you're limited to 750 miles per month and that's what the £40 for electricity covers.

Yeah I looked at that - one of the terms is that they can change the terms with 14 days notice.Warren t claim wrote: ↑Thu Sep 14, 2023 12:28 amWoah there! As the used price of EVs continues to fall there might be a nice reliable income stream from those existing customers if the firm can be bought at a knock down price. You probably wouldn't need many admin staff and no sales ones so you could have a bare bones operation, sending the cars to auction once the lease had finished.

If that lot get dumped on the auction market I assume used values will go down significantly, especially as few people really want them in the first place.

I have decided to compete with Warren, unfortunately nobody wants to travel in my deathtrap, I'm devastated, I mean people would travel with Noddy and he didn't even have a driving licence

That's cause all real taxis do 67mph in a 30 zone and 47mph in NSL. That can do neither.

Presently a 2nd hand Fiat 500C looks likely as our additional convertible.
I came across this when looking, it's far, far more than I want to pay but I'm gobsmacked by the discount:
https://www.motorvogue.co.uk/fiat/used- ... -3dr-auto/
2023(23) FIAT 500
87KW ICON 42KWH 3DR AUTO
Pre-Registered, delivery mileage
Fiat 500 87kW Icon 42kWh 3dr Auto
Was £31,795, now £23,711!
I reckon that a bloodbath is coming.

Yep, considering they're supposed to be making them in bright colours now rather than grey.
