Nope, they were definitely called Reutter.

Chapman's, I believe, still exist as a brand. They were British patent holders for the Reutter system.

Remember the spare Moggy engine? I did a bit more work on it today, just stripping and cleaning, and it's only a bloody low compression van engine! So that can be punted on once I've finished with it.
