Someone texted me asking if I'd drive it to Wales to swap for a Vauxhall Victor 101 (no), and another chap said he might come up from London on Sunday to view, and asked to pay via PayPal (no). Who knows, it might get a last minute bid. Despite looking like an easy car to sell it seems to be one of the hardest.

I was banking on that with the Piggo sale. Now I'm in Deep Shit Nine.
We are living in times when British people prefer to invest in non perishable foods.

A solid month of rain isn't the best time to sell a leaky ragtop.

A bit of last minute bidding then. Let's see if the buyer actually turns up now!

Didn't go for a too bad price I reckon.

Yes a chap from Bolton came to see it as did the London gent. The Boltonian won it and is collecting mid week. I am very happy with the result.

Aye mate, it was never intended to be a keeper. I had my fun but just prefer saloon cars.

It will also go a long way towards Morris bodywork and welding repair bills...

I wouldn't sink a fucking penny into that shitbox.
Are there really no boundaries to being English?

The instant I were rid of that rubbish and that good for nothing Humber pile of rot, I'd be so happy I could shit.
