Towing laws are changing bub, no need to worry about caravan weight so much now so if an older heavier sound van does turn up you should be able to tow no problems.

And before monkey boy comes up with any more ideas there's a big hole in the roof of the summerhouse, along with a sliding door that doesn't and its veranda is like something Indiana Jones has to get by.

Yep, Nick just does the lawns and some treework. It's a bloody big garden for an old man so I do the flowerbeds, some copse work etc..
The gardener's loo is a legacy from before a lot of the garden was sold off and I just use it for storage.
