Re: Fords finest. Now with added jap.
Thanks. I've tried looking but can't seem to find much. Wouldn't be bad if I could find a wiring diagram in general.

£7 for the official workshop manual in pdf, seems worth it if you keep it?

Focus update. Still fantastic at being a car and doing car things. On its third set of new shockers since May though. Are all new parts shite nowadays? Always had them exchanged on warranty. Ac works in a fashion, gearbox still silky smooth and the old girl can pick up her skirt and dance when provoked. Oh and 1 year of ownership of it now.

I'm not sure till I can get to have a look tomorrow. I know the door harness has 10 wires at bottom of it and 4 or 6 at the top with the retaining clip in the middle. If it's any help mine is an m13a pre face-lift 3 door.Eddie Honda wrote: ↑Mon Oct 17, 2022 8:44 pmFrom VIN Type 1 (M13A engine)

Re: Fords finest. Now with added jap.
The car has had a wire soldered then cut and taped up on a brown and a brown with white trace wire which I believe is the pulse for the lock and unlock and that coincides with both the pictures above. The central locking fuse does have a red or pink wire coning from it too which would also go along with the pics above.
I'm not good with wiring diagrams but looking at them pics I'd say the 3 door and 5 door will be the same just having rear doors fed from the front. Would rear-end be the boot too?
