I was hoping for something with the feel and smell of the sales counter at McConechy’s Tyre Services. I might leaf through the two year old copy of Garage and Automotive Trader News but I won't be giving 20p to crippled children in return for three slightly sticky boiled sweets.
Why was it three? I was unlikely to want one. Why did they think a couple more would make the whole deal more appealing.
