Nice.

Forgot roof rack.
Towbar. Rear park sensors and alarm upgrade.
1x wheel trim
3 empty beer cans under seat. 1x podger and about 1/4 tonne of tiles and rubble in back.

Ply-lined as well
Every surface sticky
Wiper blades dont, and are little and large.
Ns wiper arm parks about 6" up screen..

Oh, and the drop links are drier/rattle more than the proverbial on Good Friday.

Removed air intake resonator.
Removed starter motor and had a look at flywheel teeth.
Hmm. None missing, not that badly worn.
Order starter motor...ha.
1x broken in box.
1x nothing like
Take old one to factors.
1x 15t that misses the flywheel, mostly
1x broken in box sent out again.
Take old one back.

Buy one of eBay from a breaker.
Turns up.
Fits and works.

Whilst the resonator was off thought I'd clean the egr.....
Well, in short, took pipe off, top half of it manifold, eventually twisted egr housing off.
Valve is clag central.
Pipe is meh.
Inlet manifold runners are probably two-thirds of original diameter, if I'm being generous.
Soaked and scraped.
Soaked again.

Whilst clag was drinking, took fuel filter out.
Yeah, about 10 years old.
Replaced element and this time fitted the outlet pipe correctly, unlike previous mouth-breather.

Refiited# egr housing (stupid twist fitting) and upper inlet manifold.

Carefully, very carefully cranked it. Rag at ready.
Bled fuel pipe, cranked again.

Didnt eat itself. Did obscure half of car park.
Now attempt to reset factory idle setting on pump.
750 it is. For the moment.

# really, really doesn't do it justice. At all.

Drained 'oil' whilst it was warm from idle speed setting attempts.
New filter et al.
Drained gearbox whilst there based of evidence of maintenance seen.
Like a new one.
I'd ike to say quieter after oil change .

Tyres ordered from tyre place next door but one.
Replaced. Now looks less like mobile vaccination device.

About this time the battery also gave up ghost, despite nightly goes on the Noco and Maypole.

New it is.

So, now it's not dragging air in it mostly idles cleanly, starts on button.
Refitted airbox. It now rattles its head off
Removed. Again. Adjusted bracket, repaired airbox lid and intake mounting pipe Avec plastic welder.
