I do like a berlingo van. The 1.9d is the better engine for reliability over the 1.6 hdi. The 2.0 hdi was a rare option but tended to be seen more on the partners and was a tight squeeze in the engine bay. The standard seats aren't the best,I swapped mine for a partner quicksilver but I ended up losing the tip forward passenger seat.

It's academic for mine at mo as has lined/bulkhead. Intention was to remove bulkhead to enable bike rear wheel to go where seat folds ....but....

Also -

Refitted airbox. Again. Fixed death rattle that was misdiagnosed as gearbox by SE.
Refitted under arch lower liner found in back.
Refitted engine cover after repair to engine mount mount.
Now it's just rattly in a normal way.

Stripped, cleaned and adjusted rear brake shoes. Now has parking brake.
Rear axle seems ok. That will, of course, mean imminent failure.

To do - temp sensor for random gauge warning when cold. Probably.

Scrub interior again..

Replace seat covers (done).

DROP LINKS BECAUSE OF THE NOISE.

Cambelt, maybe. Deffo thermostat.

Alignment.

PAS flush.

Replaced key case.
Yay. Buttons and everything.

£3.95 eBay special. Now key doesn't stick to your hand, always a bonus.

A pack of Swan Vestas would have been much easier

To be honest I'm not entirely sure.
Seems to have run away a little with me...
Ideally could do with a slightly longer one for bike etc. I might have accidentally insured and taxed it as well-best way to sort it out is use it.
It's dented and paint is meh but no so much for a cheap 19 year old van.

I'll align it, sort stat, paint wheels and change Pas fluid. Then Mot (up in December) before I sell it to purchase something more appropriate*.

* Yeah, because that's how it works.

The carpet on the bulkhead might burn, not sure there's enough trim other then that. Racist.
