I seem to remember that he pulled a similar stunt with Bornite which when it was mentioned produced a load of "I never had any problems with him", "I'd buy off him again", etc.etc.. Methinks that they doth protest too much as it seemed to be a very much a black and white situation.

I imagine most won't want to moan about Saint Matthew as they don't want to rock the boat with the steady stream of cheap cars to choose from. Certainly something I considered before I gave my story. Problem is that the whole situation annoys me greatly still everytime I think about it.

Apart from cheap cars, I don't really know what he adds to the forum. He never repairs them himself or even gives a real review on how they drive and compare to other cars. Buy and then sells a cheap car a few days/weeks later. Rinse and repeat.

Leaving the forum would mean he'd loose the chance to have a free and easy outlet to shift cars on. If you notice they are invariably put up on AS first and if they don't sell, end up on his eBay account.

I don't buy the idea he doesn't want to sell shonky cars on there either, as he's done that plenty of times. He's been honest with the faults, but then still put them up for sale on there. Despite that he said he didn't sell to me because of the "fault" with it and didn't want to shit in the back yard...

Anyway enough moaning again about it from bitter old me.

I think that Pikachu Beetle actually looks quite good. I mean it's not a car modded to be attempted to be taken seriously, unlike some of ones on this thread. The new beetle aren't exactly rare or special cars at moment anyway.

It's a crying shame you can't turn them into Baja bugs or sand rails.
