ford paint mercury grey

My Pajero is dark metallic grey . Previously i've touched in the paint with an old Ford colour . I've forgotton what it was called .. Jog my memory please, i need to tidy it up again !! One was damn near smack on , the other noticeably not quite right .There were 2 similar colours Mercury Grey was one, the other ???

Take it to a bodyshop to mix you some.
My mate has this device he presses on the paint and it works out the exact mix to give you the perfect shade. Takes into account the age of the paint etc. He doesn't bother with paint codes etc.

Nope , ( but that's not a bad match
)it was a MK3 Escort colour .. Was Mercury grey the rs turbo colour ? What was the more mundane Escort metallic grey?

Polaris Grey was the other dark gray they had then.
Moonstone was the light silver.
