That's just at (fast) idle.

Went to a local car meet tonight. Very busy and all sorts of different tin on show. I was actually the only MGB there!

I had an ice cream

While looking out at the view.

I definitely have an oil leak. This was the state when I arrived.
Image

Which is pretty bad considering I only did about 30 miles. Coming home left quite a mess. Can't actually see where it's leaking from on the oil cooler.
Image

Also the right side indicator stopped flashing.

With the hazards on, it was clear it was the right side front. Fiddle of the connection got it going again.

It's trying and testing my patience again. Also protesting that I haven't used it enough this year too.

It is tedious but I try and fire up all the 12v circuits on my cars at least once a fortnight. Niggles like those develop astonishingly quickly. Could that oil cooler have a split underneath it? (Or has it just seen your ice cream....)

I have been down that area when I cleaned up the light connections. It has significantly improved the sealed beam light output.

My hands there explain why the dipped didn't work yesterday as that was touched + cleaned. However I didn't remove or touch the indicators wires!

I don't have the patience or time to be running up stuff every month, let alone every week. Maybe when I get to retirement... :D

Yeah time on my hands certainly helps although I was driving them all a lot more when I worked anyway......

That's a remarkably good turnout.

Where that is at? Looks like near Bishop Sutton?

Close! It's at Chew Valley animal park:

I went at the start of season and I've not had a chance to go back since. Speaking to the staff it appears to get quite busy now. Last week they had 90min waits on the pizzas.

They did do a meet on a Saturday every month at the nearby rugby club. However the groundsman decided he didn't want cars on his grass, so mandated to park in the dusty car park. Obviously many people didn't want their pride and joys getting filthy, so complained. They're now looking for another venue for the Saturdays.

I wonder if that's my mates old general lee. You didn't get a pic of the rear lights by any chance?
His had four round ones which I though looked odd.

I took a video of it leaving but wasn't very exciting so didn't bother uploading. But you can see the rear end in it.

Sounds ace
