So where are we up to so far?

Due to my doctor fucking off for ages I've had to submit and pay for another DBS check. This was done a week ago and is already up to stage four of five so is progressing nicely.

My doctor refuses to do the eyesight check part of the medical so I've had that element completed by a local optician for a tenner.

I've attended the online paki paedo lecture.

My main medical is booked for next Thursday at 4.30pm.

Today I contacted the courts to do a stat dec over the six points I managed to get for not declaring that it was me who went through a speed camera at 36 mph. It was on a road that was a 40 limit until last year!

One potential stumbling block is that I didn't inform my doctor that I had changed my address. I went in there today to inform them. The head receptionist overheard my conversation with the lady on the counter and ran over to inform me that although they will still list me as a patient, as I'm in a different town I won't be able to have a house call from the doctor. The last house call I had from a doctor was when I had mumps back in 1978 when I was eight.

I still need to do a council written and spoken English course.

I still need to obtain a tax code from HMRC.

Followed this out of Luton this morning, and yes it is a 67plate Aygo licensed for Private Hire- WTF? Couldn’t see how many passengers it was plated 4, but more than 1 would be stretch. When I overtook it was being driven by an Uber Abdul’s wife , complete with full face covering.
