36 PEOPLE ARRESTED

Since early last year, there have been dozens of reports of NHS staff having bicycles or motorcycles stolen from the grounds of the RVI or from in the city centre.

To combat the worrying trend we have ran a number of sting operations and arrested 34 people in those operations.

Well that activity has continued and in the last three days a further two people have been arrested on suspicion of swiping a planted bicycle.

These operations have been a huge success and we want criminals to know that if you come into the city centre then you face being arrested.
