I mean, jesus, even if that was broken down there is no excuse with that gradient....Who can walk away from parking like that? Further observation leads me to think it cannot even be broken down as surely it would be pointing in one direction or the other (hopefully a lot nearer the centre line if going right...)

Then again I suppose I am applying normal standards of behaviour...

It’s actually perfectly flat there, it just looks like it’s on a hill for some reason! I just think the driver is retarded, or terminally lazy, or both.
Later that afternoon I went past again and it had gone. It was parked there on Tuesday though.
