I was offered £570 or something for the 300c with no mot.
I'd like to think car takeback or whatever would give me £500 with a full test.

300c is a heavy vehicle though. Cartakeback don't give a shit about test length unfortunately, unless it's something newish they can easily resell.
The last A4 I had was being offered £350 iirc, but prices do seem to very a lot depending where you are.
