Interesting I wonder if any survived. It looks a bit small for a double decker with bearer seats though.
After a bit of googling it appears there are plenty of pictures of 1/43 scale models but none of a surviving slough built hearse. There only seems to be the pictures from the original adverts for them, even the model uses the reg number from the advert. I will have to dig deeper now and find out

The funeral directors mentioned in the DS advert still seem to be in business, they might possibly have some archive photos. Interestingly enough, Corgi Toys intended to produce their Safari as a hearse complete with miniature coffin but had a change of heart it seems as the toy was deemed too morbid for children to play with.

Given the extreme conservatism of a business such as undertaking, particularly 60 years ago I would be surprised if there were many takers for what was deemed to be an overly complicated vehicle, though.
