It must have been when they built the Shopping centre , there's Road Closed sign and a tower crane . My mate got arrested there on the right at the bottom of the picture . Pissed out of his head one night, he smashed the shop window dropped his pants and shagged (or tried to ) shag a manikin in the window . Daft cunt.

And those Georgian flats over the shops with the veranda .. Well ...I was out on a stag night of a school friend years ago , and i had made a wrought iron chastity belt with a padlock, and a brass ballcock i filled with molten lead and chain and shackle . So we held the guy down ,ball and chain around his ankle and got this belt on him and let him go ! At 2 in the morning it did make a fucking din !
i cant remember how he got up there with all this stuff on him but he jumped off that veranda .. and the police came .... Despite the height , he was fine . The cops just said keep the noise down ! Divorced and bankrupt within 3 years ..
