I was wondering whether it was some piece of NOS discovery, it is missing the front end and most of the panels but still a hell of a find if it is indeed virginal Jap steel.

I might be back at the factory next door at some point so if I see anyone I'll have t ask now you've said that. Judging by the added steelwork it's having/had a lot of work done on it, old Jap cars do like to dissolve as we know.

There was one of those in a yard near Wakefield, think I put a pic on this thread months ago. Not in perfect condition.

They are a bit Jason King for me but I get the appeal.....Unfortunately the ones I've been near seem to have broken down or about to do so.
