I'm surprised you don't just use your phone as a nav, I've been all over the place just using Google maps, yes you need to pre plan your routes and download maps to allow for no signal but it just works for me.

I'm off to Spain in.a couple of weeks and have booked a Harley Electraglide for a couple of days to cruise around the Mediterranean coast on, was only 99€ a day.

It's worth it. Arrive at least 30 mins early though. I did but was behind chinkys so got a clear view.

It's only got EU maps, not full Europe but tbh I'm not sure on the difference.

One of my abiding memories of the days when I could stomach That There Europe was in my mate's TR3A, we were clocking a ton on the A44 heading towards Lipstadt. Think it was running just under 5000rpm in overdrive. Two Desmos came alongside, one each flank. They checked out their speedos, looked across at matey's tacho and grinned, giving the thumbs up....

We caught up with them at a Tankstelle farther along and gratuities were exchanged in broken English and school-grade German. As you sometimes do in these situations we exchanged names and addresses.

Fuck me if they didn't turn up a month or so later at mate's house. He lived in the same street as me and I heard the Ducatis as I was cleaning my Renault van so I naturally ran out to say hello. One or two Apfelkorns later I returned home as if nothing had happened.

Miss those times, on occasion....

Nearly 15 mins. It was surprisingly moving considering it's a daily thing
