Broadly speaking, yes, 1963. Bradford (KU) never issued A plates in common with many other authorities who were still working through reversed number/letter sequences. Like so many A suffix plates that we now see that Beetle wears an age-related issue probably in this case on an imported car.
There's a great long bar in Rock & Roll heaven.......

I've noticed on the beige they've really cut back on bandwith? When you zoom in on a photo it has zero definition. I posted the aston one and you can't read the sticker on the hood when you zoom in. It's all pixelated.
